Lexus RX 2023 Price in Pakistan. Despite a major redesign for 2023, Lexus’ RX SUV maintains its soft-riding road characteristics that appear tailor-made for its loyal customers. A quartet of powertrains are available, including a new plug-in hybrid model. The new RX’s appearance is much sharper than the outgoing model’s, with a fresh version of the brand’s wide-mouthed grille and Lexus’s unmistakable L-shaped running lights up front.

This time around, the inside amenities are more luxurious, with a huge infotainment display and cutting-edge technology. The previous model was available in two- or three-row layouts, but the 2023 RX is only available in two rows. A three-row variation could be added later, or Lexus could introduce a new, larger SUV above the RX with a regular seven-seat layout.

Exterior

The 2023 RX is available with four different powertrains, beginning with the RX350, which is powered by a 275-hp turbocharged 2.5-litre four-cylinder engine. That model comes standard with an eight-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive, although all-wheel drive is available as an option. The RX350h hybrid combines electric motors with a 2.4-litre four-cylinder engine to produce 246 horsepower and is equipped with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT) and all-wheel drive.

Neither of these powertrains impressed us during our first test drive, and we expect them to accelerate slightly slower than their 2022 counterparts. Upgrading to the RX500h F Sport Performance unlocks a more powerful powerplant. It generates 367 horsepower from a turbocharged 2.4-litre and electric power, which is routed to all four wheels using Lexus’ Direct4 technology. With the RX500h model, Lexus had an opportunity to recast the new RX as a performance, but its chassis engineers sadly chose not to tune in any further cornering confidence.

All of the versions we’ve driven thus far are as softly sprung and luxury-focused as the previous generation RX, which will delight loyal consumers but won’t appeal to driving aficionados. A plug-in hybrid variant, the RX450h+, will join the lineup later, and while Lexus hasn’t disclosed details, we expect it will use the same 302-hp powertrain as the Toyota RAV4 Prime and Lexus NX450h+SUVs.

Interior

Although the previous model was available in both two- and three-row configurations, the 2023 RX is only available as a two-row, five-seat SUV. A three-row model could arrive later, or the RX L could be replaced by a completely new and larger SUV with a standard third row of seats.

The interior design of the 2023 RX is more modern than that of the 2022 model, with textured fabric parts on the upper door panels, rich-looking ambient lighting, and open-pore wood trim on RX350 versions. The RX500h F Sport Performance has more strongly bolstered front seats, black interior trim, paddle shifters located on the steering wheel, and aluminium pedals.
